TL;DR
Global Talent Partner (HR): Owning full-cycle recruiting across a globally distributed organization with an accent on technical and go-to-market functions. Focus on proactively sourcing niche passive talent and developing targeted sourcing strategies for R&D, Cloud, and Engineering teams.
Location: Hybrid in Ottawa, Ontario. Must be available to work onsite 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) consistently.
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for R&D, Cloud, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and G&A roles globally.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and team dynamics.
- Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and other creative channels.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity.
- Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer close.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a global or multi-regional recruiting capacity.
- Proven experience hiring across technical disciplines (engineering, product, cloud infrastructure) and GTM functions.
- Strong track record of sourcing and closing senior and niche passive talent.
- Experience navigating employment norms and compensation expectations in North America, EMEA, and/or APAC.
- Must be based in Ottawa and able to work onsite 2 days per week.
