What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across platforms, events, and outreach
  • Lead structured candidate assessments and guide hiring managers through consistent selection processes
  • Own the offer process end-to-end, including compensation negotiation and closing, while ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes and inform stakeholders
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows for speed, quality, and compliance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for GTM and Business functions in a tech startup environment
  • Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Strong recruiting data and analytics skills to guide decisions and optimize processes
  • Track record of building innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies
  • Clear, confident communicator (written, verbal, and in data presentations)
  • Experience navigating complex offer negotiations and candidate scenarios
