What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across platforms, events, and outreach
- Lead structured candidate assessments and guide hiring managers through consistent selection processes
- Own the offer process end-to-end, including compensation negotiation and closing, while ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes and inform stakeholders
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows for speed, quality, and compliance
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for GTM and Business functions in a tech startup environment
- Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Strong recruiting data and analytics skills to guide decisions and optimize processes
- Track record of building innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies
- Clear, confident communicator (written, verbal, and in data presentations)
- Experience navigating complex offer negotiations and candidate scenarios
