Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles, from sourcing and screening to extending offers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and partner for external recruitment agencies to improve candidate quality.
  • Own the transition from candidate to employee, coordinating background checks, documentation, and logistics.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding plans and conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins to ensure successful integration.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and build scalable talent acquisition practices.
  • Proactively develop talent pipelines via LinkedIn, post-secondary institutions, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and manage external recruitment agencies.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Must be based in or able to work from the downtown Toronto office in a hybrid capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience with JazzHR and UKG.
