What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Engineering, Product, and DevOps.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Proactively pipeline and engage passive candidates through outreach, networking, and market mapping.
• Improve and scale recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
• Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and compensation insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in-house at a SaaS organization.
• Proven track record of hiring in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a high sense of urgency and ownership.
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Experience hiring across multiple geographies.
• Familiarity with Gem, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS/CRM systems.
• Experience hiring for specialized roles such as AI/ML, DevOps, or Security.
• Background in scaling teams from early-stage to growth-stage.
