What you will do

• Lead high-quality design execution while acting as a senior design voice across product teams.
• Standardize workflows for design system contribution, governance, and pattern adoption.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and decision support within data-driven systems.
• Partner with product and engineering to refine requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Mentor and guide designers to influence team output and consistency.
• Produce efficient design artifacts including flows, wireframes, and mockups.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including reusable components and scalable patterns.
• Experience designing complex, data-driven, or rules-based enterprise systems.
• Ability to balance usability, business constraints, and technical feasibility.
• Proven experience navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
• Effective communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
