Salary: $124,000 - $225,630

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate collaboration with strategists, researchers, and product leaders to produce scalable deliverables across journeys and platforms.
• Mentor and provide coaching to junior and mid-level designers to elevate design craft.
• Evolve and champion the enterprise-wide design system to drive efficiency and meet audience needs.
• Develop advanced prototypes and animations to convey the experience vision and product features.
• Integrate AI tools into daily practice to enhance user experiences and create process efficiencies.
• Manage legal reviews and feedback cycles to ensure designs are compliant and accessible.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Jira.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Advanced understanding of accessible, inclusive, and equitable design.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health.
• Experience with Sitecore, React, and Angular frameworks.
• Knowledge of service design and experience with B2B/B2C products.
• Experience using no-code tools to support the customer experience.
