Salary: $124,000 - $225,630

What you will do
- Lead and facilitate collaboration with strategists, researchers, and product leaders to produce scalable deliverables across journeys and platforms.
- Mentor and provide coaching to junior and mid-level designers to elevate design craft.
- Evolve and champion the enterprise-wide design system to drive efficiency and meet audience needs.
- Develop advanced prototypes and animations to convey the experience vision and product features.
- Integrate AI tools into daily practice to enhance user experiences and create process efficiencies.
- Manage legal reviews and feedback cycles to ensure designs are compliant and accessible.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Jira.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Advanced understanding of accessible, inclusive, and equitable design.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban principles.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health.
- Experience with Sitecore, React, and Angular frameworks.
- Knowledge of service design and experience with B2B/B2C products.
- Experience using no-code tools to support the customer experience.
