What you will do

• Lead projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, priorities, and partner expectations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to define requirements and evaluate design alternatives.
• Manage Scrum team activities, including backlog grooming, user story creation, and release planning.
• Drive process efficiency and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across impacted teams.
• Communicate product strategy and technical risks clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Champion AI enablement by introducing tools for automated workflows, code review support, and intelligent backlog management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico to comply with business and compliance requirements.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency for daily collaboration with global teams.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid TPM/Product Owner.
• Strong technical fluency to credibly evaluate scope, risk, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Practical experience using AI tools in a professional work context.
• Ability to step into a mature team and improve existing processes.

Nice to have

• Experience working with distributed global teams across time zones.
• Experience operating as a combined Scrum Master and Product Owner.
• Familiarity with SOPs or similar process frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
