What you will do

• Deliver integrated AI execution plans including timelines, milestones, budget, and resourcing across various workstreams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and delivery coordination between COE product teams, data engineering, security, and legal vendors.
• Implement agile project management practices, including consistent sprint planning, backlog tracking, and milestone reporting.
• Own delivery governance and reporting cadence, including RAID management and steering committee communications.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks such as data quality, model drift, infrastructure capacity, and regulatory controls.
• Coordinate operational readiness, including training, support models, and post-launch stabilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of related experience, or High School Diploma with 11+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing AI, data, or digital transformation projects in a cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with project management and agile tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies like Scrum and SAFe.
• Proven ability to translate technical AI/ML progress into tangible business outcomes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Professional background in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP) or agile delivery (CSM, SAFe Agilist).
