What you will do

• Lead the implementation of hirify.global's platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
• Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
• Partner with architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical user stories.
• Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders through status reports and governance meetings.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and QA coordination.
• Strong understanding of technical challenges associated with cloud-based software and web applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills in customer-facing environments.
• Strong English communication skills are required for interaction with global markets and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Project management certifications like PMP or Scrum Master.
• Background in web development or software engineering.
• Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, or Salesforce ecosystems.
