What you will do

• Translate business objectives into structured delivery approaches, defining workstreams, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, and vendors to maintain delivery alignment and resolve technical dependencies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, highlighting critical paths and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project financials, resource requirements, and capacity planning to ensure delivery commitments.
• Facilitate workshops and technical reviews to achieve stakeholder alignment and accelerate issue resolution.
• Support transition-to-operations activities, including operational readiness and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in telecom networks or digital infrastructure.
• Experience planning and mobilizing projects where the scope or solution was still being developed.
• Practical understanding of telecom and network infrastructure to challenge technical assumptions.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, or infrastructure programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet.
