What you will do

• Lead software development and application maintenance projects from initiation through delivery.
• Act as the primary day-to-day leader for high-visibility client engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, delivery, and account management.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans proactively.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and scope while ensuring strong governance.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders through regular reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading software development projects.
• Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating teams within Agile software development environments.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Based in San Salvador, El Salvador for hybrid work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
