What you will do

• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables meeting quality standards and client requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans based on PWS/SOW/WBS and manage project schedules.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and assignment tracking.
• Monitor engineering performance and coordinate with technical leads.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Coordinate team member needs including system access and equipment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with the Department of War.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Ability to travel to the Pentagon weekly.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects using tools like Jira or Gitlab.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop rising talent.
