What you will do

• Own complex, multi-team programs across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and external partners.
• Drive alignment by surfacing dependencies and risks to leadership with clear trade-offs.
• Lead engineering-focused initiatives including platform modernization, API evolution, and AI infrastructure.
• Partner with Data Science to deliver AI/ML-enabled capabilities from experimentation to production.
• Define success metrics and establish scalable mechanisms to improve engineering velocity.
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform health and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or software program management.
• Experience leading both infrastructure/technical programs and customer-facing product initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of modern web/mobile architectures, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Understanding of the AI/ML product development lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to think in systems and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Must be based in the United States (with limited exceptions).
