Salary: $184,000–$355,000 + equity

What you will do

• Drive execution of critical security and compliance programs including vulnerability management, M&A security integration, infrastructure hardening, and datacenter security.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Application, Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to deliver security outcomes across insider threat, information security, physical security, and IT.
• Establish scalable frameworks and programs around vulnerability management, evidence collection, incident response, supply chain risk, and device security.
• Translate privacy and security commitments into engineering milestones and ensure full implementation across systems.
• Create and maintain program-level visibility across risk areas, milestones, and dependencies to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery.
• Communicate status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to technical and executive audiences, driving cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs focused on infrastructure security, data privacy, compliance, or enterprise platform capabilities.
• Experience at Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent level in fast-paced, high-scale technology companies with deep security and infrastructure exposure.
• Strong fluency in engineering systems, security controls, and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional efforts across engineering, infrastructure, legal, compliance, and product stakeholders.
• Empathetic communicator and leader able to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
