Salary: $123,900 – $222,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage operations for team services, bridging the gap between development and infrastructure teams.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and drive architectural improvements.
• Provide on-call support for services in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
• Implement observability solutions including metrics, logging, and tracing.
• Perform capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required due to federal security mandates.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (TS/SCI w/CI Poly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on operational experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure and application troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• DoD 8570/8140 compliant with IAT Level II certification.
• Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance.
