Compensation: $200,000 – $287,500

What you will do

• Design and build continuous deployment infrastructure for large-scale, multi-cloud production environments.
• Develop platform capabilities for progressive delivery, including canarying, automated health checks, and rollback controls.
• Build internal platforms and self-service tooling to improve engineering velocity and reduce manual workflows.
• Implement GitOps-inspired workflows, infrastructure as code, and policy-driven automation.
• Design AI-assisted, agentic-driven, and autonomous release workflows to improve deployment safety.
• Partner with product and infrastructure teams to optimize service deployment, validation, and observability.

Requirements

• Experience building or operating continuous deployment or production change platforms at scale.
• Strong software engineering skills in Golang, Java, or C++, alongside Python or Bash.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based systems and distributed production environments.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
• Experience with observability platforms like Prometheus, Datadog, or Grafana.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
