TL;DR

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed revenue goals by selling hirify.global's technology to new and existing enterprise customers.
  • Apply the MEDDPIC sales methodology to manage opportunity development, account strategy, and accurate forecasting.
  • Engage with stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors using consultative selling skills.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from resource allocation to contractual negotiations and closing.
  • Collaborate with strategic alliance partners and third-party influencers to develop value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate deal pipelines and prospect data using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle sales experience, including 5+ years in large enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quotas ($2MM+) with high average deal sizes.
  • Experience selling cloud platforms (SaaS/PaaS) or data management technologies (MDM, ERP, CRM, Analytics).
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles up to the CxO level.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed (estimated 50%).

Nice to have

  • Cloud Selling Certifications.
  • Industry experience in HLS, FNS, Life Sciences, or B2B2C.
  • Experience working in an ABX Framework.
