TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by selling hirify.global’s AI-powered data unification and MDM platform to enterprise clients with an accent on complex, long-cycle sales and strategic account planning. Focus on managing the full sales lifecycle, leveraging MEDDPIC methodology, and building executive-level relationships to exceed multi-million dollar quotas.

Location: Must be based in Illinois, USA (Hybrid role with 50% domestic travel expected).

Salary: $220,000 - $350,000 USD

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed revenue goals by selling technology and services to new and existing enterprise customers.
  • Apply the MEDDPIC sales methodology to manage complex sales cycles from identification to closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate key territories and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with strategic alliance partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage all sales activities, forecasting, and client data within Salesforce.
  • Present compelling value propositions to executive sponsors and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of full lifecycle sales experience, including 5+ years in large enterprise software or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of $2MM+ quotas.
  • Deep experience selling SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise-scale business applications like ERP, CRM, or MDM.
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Cloud Selling Certifications.
  • Industry experience in HLS, FNS, Life Sciences, or B2B2C.
  • Experience working in an ABX Framework.
