What you will do

• Develop and implement production plans to optimize inventory levels and production efficiency.
• Assess production capacity and resource availability to align with demand forecasts.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize excess inventory and costs.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and delivery.
• Analyze KPIs, including production efficiency and on-time delivery, to implement corrective actions.
• Lead and guide the production planning team while collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain, engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8-10 years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and advanced planning tools within a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Must be based in or available to work in Santa Catarina, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
