What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for Mexican customers and Spanish-speaking inquiries via phone and digital channels.
• Manage daily intermodal support activities, including report reviews, customer status updates, and case resolution.
• Coordinate railcar and container movements with Mexican railroads to improve service reliability.
• Support eBusiness, Waybill, and Embargo inquiries, including Despacho Previo access and error resolution.
• Collaborate with billing and collections teams to investigate disputes and validate demurrage charges.
• Lead special projects, pilots, and strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Must be located in BNSF de Mexico, MX.
• Strong customer service orientation with professional and empathetic communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
