What you will do

• Review customer quotations and proposals for compliance with company policies.
• Partner with field sales to structure deals that meet customer needs while achieving profitability objectives.
• Manage deal approval workflows and ensure adherence to discount thresholds and approval matrices.
• Evaluate discount requests, exceptions, and non-standard pricing deviations.
• Serve as a liaison between sales, pricing, finance, legal, and sales operations.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all approvals and exceptions.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Estimating, Commercial Finance, or Sales Operations.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency with Excel, quote approval systems, and CPQ tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting B2B sales environments.
• Ability to interpret complex pricing policies, contracts, and commercial terms.
