Salary: $180,483 – $243,652

What you will do

• Drive enterprise people strategies and programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness and business performance.
• Manage the Global HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Workplace Experience functions.
• Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, workplace investigations, and employment law in partnership with Legal.
• Lead enterprise-wide programs to strengthen engagement, belonging, and workplace culture.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and innovative technology-enabled People practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR and People leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading HRBP teams and employee relations in complex multi-state or global organizations.
• Deep expertise in employment law, workplace investigations, and organizational change.
• Proven ability to influence executives and translate business strategy into people priorities.
• Experience leading other leaders and building high-performing teams.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Seattle.
