What you will do

  • Design and execute business unit-level AI adoption and change strategies.
  • Redesign job structures, career pathways, and role architectures for AI-augmented operating models.
  • Assess workforce capabilities and implement targeted upskilling initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to shape future-ready talent strategies and organizational design.
  • Develop measurement frameworks to track AI usage, engagement, and transformation outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of responsible AI use and psychological safety across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, HR transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale digital or technology transformations.
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks adapted for AI environments.
  • Experience in role design, job architecture, or workforce planning.
  • Data literacy with experience using workforce analytics to drive decisions.
