Salary: $155,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and scale a high-performing, patient-centric culture for customer support teams.
  • Define job architectures, roles, and career paths for frontline and management levels.
  • Implement performance systems including scorecards, rubrics, and promotion frameworks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Partner with the Operational Excellence team to ensure scalable and effective training programs.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in People Operations, HRBP, or Talent roles.
  • Proven experience supporting frontline, customer service, or clinical support teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build organizational structures from the ground up.
  • Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or tech-enabled services.
  • Experience managing recruiters or HR team members.
