TL;DR

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the marketing operations strategy, roadmap, and execution across HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, and analytics tools.
  • Develop trusted funnel reporting for self-serve, PQL, MQL, and revenue influence for Sales, Finance, and Leadership.
  • Design and manage campaign operations workflows for launches, events, and partner programs.
  • Implement lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation processes.
  • Establish a cross-functional operating rhythm with RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Maintain documentation for attribution logic, launch checklists, and reporting sources of truth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS, developer tools, or PLG company.
  • Expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce, including CRM hygiene and lifecycle automation.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level reporting and identify data quality issues.
  • Hands-on experience with UTMs, forms, sync issues, and QA details.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI/cloud infrastructure or developer-first PLG.
  • Ability to connect product usage to PQL scoring and sales handoff.
  • Proficiency with Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, PostHog, or Segment.
  • Experience building operating cadences for Series A or growth-stage companies.
