Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

What you will do

• Define and implement the organic search strategy and roadmap for North American portals.
• Lead content SEO strategy, providing best-in-class recommendations to editorial teams.
• Collaborate with the PR team to strengthen offsite presence and grow high-quality citations and backlinks.
• Own internal SEO reporting and build performance dashboards in coordination with the Analytics team.
• Optimize for emerging AI search platforms using Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering strong organic search results (agency or in-house).
• Expertise in content SEO and offsite/link building strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, GA4, and keyword ranking platforms.
• Experience working with CMS for publishing and structuring content across large sites.
• Knowledge of AI SEO and optimization for emerging AI search platforms.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with App Store Optimisation (ASO) and tools like App Store Connect or Google Play Console.
• Experience working within a digital subscription business or streaming platform.
