Salary: $120,000 - $149,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for critical direct materials including resins, electronics, and microfluidic components.
• Lead supplier identification, qualification, and selection in compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate commercial agreements to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams on design-to-cost and value engineering initiatives.
• Monitor global supply markets and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks related to single-source suppliers.
• Ensure supplier agreements include appropriate quality, traceability, and compliance clauses.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
• B.S. degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply management.
• 3+ years of experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or supply support.
• Experience with contract manufacturing oversight and complex global supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of QSRs/GMPs and Class III device manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
