What you will do

• Own the end-to-end procurement process, including intake, sourcing, contract execution, and supplier onboarding.
• Serve as the system administrator for the Zip procurement platform, managing configurations and driving organizational adoption.
• Develop and enforce procurement policies, approval frameworks, and spend controls.
• Lead competitive sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and negotiate commercial terms to maximize value.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to align procurement activities with company priorities and provide regular KPI reporting.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, analyze spend data, and improve decision-making speed.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience as a procurement system administrator or power user (e.g., Zip, Coupa, Ariba).
• Strong contract negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering measurable savings.
• Ability to operate as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with comfort working with complex spend data.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically as a Zip administrator.
• Familiarity with SaaS vendor contracts, DPAs, and MSA structures.
• Exposure to FP&A processes and Finance-led functions.
