What you will do

• Lead end-to-end negotiation of intricate, high-value enterprise contracts, optimizing payment schedules, cost structuring, and credit discounting.
• Own strategic sourcing and vendor management for critical cloud infrastructure suppliers.
• Serve as the primary liaison between procurement and Legal by translating commercial requirements into contract clauses and streamlining execution.
• Perform financial and risk analysis using procurement data and vendor proposals to forecast expenses, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive continuous cost improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Finance to align procurement strategy with technical requirements and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing the full procurement lifecycle, including negotiating and completing complex enterprise-level contracts.
• Strong commercial and financial structuring knowledge (payment terms, balancing capex vs. cash flow, maximizing value via credit discounting).
• Working-level familiarity with contract law to review complex clauses and keep pace with execution.
• Ability to analyze procurement data and vendor proposals for FP&A-style forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Successful completion of a background check.
