Compensation: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional procurement operations programs to support business priorities and functional strategy.
• Own end-to-end execution of procurement initiatives including intake, PO creation, supplier coordination, and downstream handoffs.
• Design scalable processes, metrics, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce friction and improve compliance.
• Identify recurring operational issues and build playbooks or system improvements to prevent repeat problems.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and Accounting teams to improve governance and stakeholder experience.
• Mentor peers and junior teammates by raising execution quality and modeling thoughtful decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in procurement operations, P2P, finance operations, or supply chain operations.
• High AI fluency with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve work efficiency and analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational programs with measurable improvements in service quality or cycle time.
• Strong systems orientation with experience using platforms like Zip, Oracle, Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving processes.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA for a hybrid work model.
