What you will do

• Provide legal counsel on insurance, warranty, finance, and corporate law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with dealerships, agents, and lenders.
• Collaborate across business units to support strategic product development and implementation.
• Research state insurance regulations and draft legal memoranda for management.
• Manage and mentor a small team of attorneys and legal analysts.

Requirements

• Law degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Currently admitted to a state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance or regulated financial industries.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Specific knowledge of F&I products such as vehicle service contracts and GAP insurance.
• Experience with industry participation programs.
