Salary: $172,500–$265,000

What you will do

• Interpret and apply complex legal and regulatory requirements to business operations.
• Draft and maintain customer-facing agreements, including Privacy Policies and Terms of Use.
• Partner with business teams to develop risk mitigation strategies for new healthcare projects.
• Provide legal mentorship regarding federal and state laws impacting pet healthcare.
• Perform legal analysis and provide pragmatic guardrails for healthcare initiatives.

Requirements

• JD degree and 8+ years of legal experience in large law firms or in-house roles.
• Qualification to practice in at least one US state, with the ability to become licensed in Florida or Washington.
• Experience in e-commerce, commercial transactions, or SaaS is required.
• Ability to accommodate East Coast time zones and occasional travel.
• Strong analytical skills with a business-centric approach to risk.
