Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA) - requires 3+ days a week working out of the Seattle headquarters.
Salary: $168,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Advise the People team and business leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and compensation.
- Manage employment litigation, including mediations, hearings, and state/federal court matters.
- Draft and update employment policies, agreements, offer letters, and separation documents.
- Support global employment compliance and advise on cross-border personnel matters.
- Develop and deliver employment law training to internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to legal processes and tooling to increase consistency and speed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
- Deep experience handling agency proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Seattle, WA office (hybrid).
- Ability to manage a high-volume, complex workload across multiple jurisdictions.
