Salary: $100,000–$160,000 USD

What you will do

• Participate in sales meetings to provide architectural recommendations and build proof-of-concept solutions for high-spending customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues related to configuration, performance, and compatibility.
• Utilize code analysis, scripting, and log analysis to identify root causes of technical challenges.
• Communicate effectively with internal engineering, sales, and product teams to integrate customer feedback.
• Assist the support team with escalated technical tickets and collaborate on GPU server-related issues.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and deliver training sessions or demos.

Requirements

• Must be located in the APAC region (ideally Malaysia, Singapore, or South Korea).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based applications, or agentic systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, PyTorch), JavaScript (React, Node.js), and Go.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, SQL/NoSQL databases, and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSH).
• Deep understanding of machine learning model training, inference, and deployment processes.
