TL;DR

Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Supporting post-onboarding enterprise customers by resolving technical challenges and maximizing the value of agentic AI decisioning platforms with an accent on API integration, Python, and SQL. Focus on translating customer insights into product improvements and building reusable tools to enhance customer success workflows.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the New York office at least three days per week.

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the hirify.global platform to assist customers in resolving technical issues.
• Support post-onboarding clients by maximizing the potential of agentic AI workflows for complex decisioning.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Leverage AI to create reusable collateral, best practices, and automation tools for the Customer Success team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with core users within customer organizations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical role, such as Support or Solutions Engineering in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and data formats including JSON and XML.
• Familiarity with AI concepts like prompt engineering, LLMs, and AI Agents.
• Must be able to work from the NYC office at least three days per week.
• Clear communication skills in English to interact with diverse stakeholders.

• Domain expertise in financial services (banking, insurance, lending, or payments).
• Ability to navigate and interpret complex system and application logs.
• Confident communication skills in Portuguese to support Brazil-based clients.
