Location: Remote (US/Canada) or San Mateo, CA. Hybrid requirement: Remote employees must work on-site in San Mateo one week out of every six. Relocation support available.

Salary: $170,000 – $220,000 + Equity

hirify.global is building an anthropomorphic AI engineer agent named Archie to seamlessly integrate into physical engineering teams and workflows.

What you will do

• Lead customer deployments, from discovery sessions to technical architecture and implementation.
• Design and refine integrations between Archie and complex engineering data sources.
• Collect and prepare customer data to fine-tune and validate AI models in production.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop novel AI capabilities for engineering tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve critical issues in live deployments to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada or willing to relocate to San Mateo, CA.
• Experience shipping data-driven or AI systems to production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Background in physical engineering (automotive, aerospace, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Experience working directly with customers and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle live production troubleshooting and incident response.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML systems in engineering or scientific domains.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions in secure enterprise environments.
