What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to uncover customer needs and map solutions to business outcomes.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and technical presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and technical environments.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers throughout the sales cycle.
- Complete RFPs, RFIs, and security/technical questionnaires.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence platform direction.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2β3 years of Sales Engineering or equivalent customer-facing technical experience.
- Experience with web infrastructure and modern web platforms.
- Domain familiarity with Drupal, WordPress, or Next.js.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Visa sponsorship is not available
Nice to have
- Deep experience with Next.js or other modern Javascript web frameworks.
- Experience with headless/decoupled architectures.
- Contributions to open source projects in the WordPress, Drupal, or Next.js ecosystems.
