What you will do

• Install, test, inspect, and repair communications equipment including fiber optics, antennas, and microwave sites.
• Perform tower erection, rigging, and maintenance, including climbing structures in excess of 50 feet.
• Operate heavy equipment such as trucks, tractors, and trenchers to support telecommunications infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and maintain overhead and underground cabling systems.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment under diverse and extreme weather conditions.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays as governed by union agreements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to report for duty at the designated work location in Whitefish, MT.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or ability to obtain one within 240 days.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating work assignments and schedules.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in budgeting, material management, and analyzing computer-generated reports.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and perform physical work on uneven surfaces.
