What you will do

• Perform physical installation of a wide variety of AV technology, including displays, projectors, loudspeakers, and microphones.
• Execute cabling terminations for various wire and connector types, including fiber optic installation and testing.
• Interpret functional design drawings, cable riser diagrams, and architectural drawings to build custom designs.
• Support the preparation and staging of equipment racks, installing power strips, grounding bars, and jack-fields.
• Maintain company vehicles, toolkits, and material inventories in an organized manner.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to Associate Installation Technicians on job sites.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet corporate insurance requirements.
• One or more years of experience as an associate technician, fabrication technician, or in a related industry.
• Familiarity with audio, video, and networking equipment.
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical concepts and proficiency with power tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.
