Focus on removing complex roadblocks, supporting backlog management, and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals within a DoD environment.

What you will do

• Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and PI Planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across operations, engineering, and support teams.
• Track and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments to team progress.
• Support backlog management and sprint execution.
• Communicate delivery status, metrics, and risks to stakeholders.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Must possess IAT II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent).
• Experience supporting IT operations, service desk, or Agile software development.
• Familiarity with Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and ITSM processes.
• Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
