TL;DR
Scrum Master (Cloud): Facilitating agile processes for a federal cloud modernization program on Google Cloud Platform with an accent on sprint execution, ceremony management, and stakeholder communication. Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Washington, D.C. 4 days/week

What you will do
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with the Product Owner to refine backlogs, write user stories, and maintain Jira board accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sprint status, task tracking, and reporting to leadership.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets integrated with Jira workflows to ensure timely stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate documentation deliverables in SharePoint and support change management activities.
- Act as an agile culture carrier, setting standards for work tracking and team communication.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance required
- Must be able to work on-site in Washington, D.C. 4 days per week
- 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software delivery.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency with Jira and understanding of DevSecOps and federal IT security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, FedRAMP).
Nice to have
- Experience with federal IT programs or government cloud modernization.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow and SharePoint.
