Production Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage the system production team, including assembly technicians, planners, and process engineers.
• Oversee the entire production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Execute production plans by scheduling staff and tasks to meet organizational objectives.
• Maintain strict compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 safety and reliability standards.
• Coach and evaluate staff, managing personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person capable of receiving a US Government Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a production management role within an audited QMS environment.
• Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams including engineering and procurement.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing or Toyota Production System environment.
