What you will do

• Act as a liaison between Sourcing and other organizations to coordinate and implement supply chain strategies.
• Plan, schedule, and administer purchase orders to ensure quality hardware is delivered on time.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage supplier forecasts via web portals.
• Negotiate technical problems and commercial terms with global suppliers, remaining flexible with hours to accommodate different time zones.
• Collaborate with production teams using SAP ERP to align material availability with production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Lead Time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.
• 4-6 years of professional purchasing experience.
• Proficiency in MRP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Minneapolis, MN.
