Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain)

What you will do

  • Lead and empower a dedicated team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
  • Design and execute strategies to maximize retention and drive expansion (upselling/cross-selling) within the top-tier client portfolio.
  • Oversee complex contract renewals, multi-year renegotiations, and commercial structuring for high-value accounts.
  • Guide the team in navigating complex corporate structures and building relationships with C-Level executives and Procurement heads.
  • Participate in steering committees, critical business reviews (QBRs), and crisis management for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer insights into platform evolutions.

Requirements

  • Spanish: Expert speaker required.
  • English: Fluent (C1) required.
  • Proven experience managing individual contributors in an Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management team within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record in contract renegotiations, procurement processes, and managing C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data insights to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
