Salary: $170,000–$195,000

What you will do
- Design and implement scalable HR infrastructure and organizational design strategies.
- Manage performance management programs, including goal-setting frameworks and manager training.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for technical and aerospace roles using AI-enabled tools.
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, wage and hour laws, and federal/state labor regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS optimization, specifically within Rippling.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and workforce development programs.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in high-growth or startup environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Rippling HRIS, Talent, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with benefits brokers and 401K advisors.
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, Wage & Hour laws, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for HR analytics and automation.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
- HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP.
- Background in change management for organizational transformation.
- Experience with government contract compliance and ITAR/EAR awareness.
