What you will do

• Define research priorities and manage end-to-end studies, from brief creation to data presentation.
• Drive customer journey, persona research, and competitive intelligence to shape strategy.
• Own brand health tracking and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Administer enterprise data platforms and manage relationships with external research vendors.
• Lead the adoption of agentic research workflows to automate processes and enhance insight generation.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring data-driven insights influence cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in client-side market research, with 3-5+ years in the software/technology sector.
• Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills including descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, and modeling.
• Proficiency with survey programming (e.g., Qualtrics) and analytical software (e.g., SPSS).
• Experience with first-party data platforms like ThoughtSpot, Amplitude, or Tableau.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize research workflows and operational tasks.
