Location: Remote (Mexico City), with the option to work from our Mexico City office. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

What you will do

• Conduct analyses to answer key business questions, translating them into clear, actionable analytical work.
• Explore and curate new datasets to unlock richer insights and enable broader use of data.
• Create and own company‑wide reporting for high‑visibility initiatives and socialize results with leaders.
• Partner with Product and Strategy teams to turn data and subject‑matter expertise into agent‑facing tools and product features.

Requirements

• BS degree in a relevant quantitative field or equivalent practical experience; an MS is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience using data to solve complex business problems.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with modern analytics and visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of Python and are interested in or experienced with AI‑assisted tools.
• Track record of partnering effectively with cross‑functional teams.
