Salary: $120,700 - $203,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end performance reporting framework and define metrics to track business health and progress against goals.
• Build and evolve production-quality dashboards in Tableau to provide stakeholders with visibility into key performance indicators.
• Execute ad-hoc analyses to diagnose performance anomalies, surface underlying drivers, and size business opportunities.
• Develop business performance forecasts by translating leading indicators and historical trends into forward-looking projections.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product Analytics teams to ensure data infrastructure supports analytical needs.
• Synthesize complex quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready narratives to drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• 7+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to work with complex, large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or a comparable BI tool.
• Proficiency working in cloud data platforms, preferably Databricks.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience in technology, marketplace, real estate, media, and/or advertising companies.
• Experience building metric frameworks and performance forecasting models for executive-facing reporting.
