Salary: $91,600 - $114,500 + Annual bonus

What you will do
- Conduct market research leveraging AI tools and traditional methods to assess market size, competition, and customer trends.
- Lead primary research through interviews, surveys, and field studies with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Analyze revenue and pipeline data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Synthesize data from CRM and marketing automation tools to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Build business cases and recommendations for new market entry and investments.
- Lead scenario planning and forecasting for new international market opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategy.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- BA degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in both primary (interviews, surveys) and secondary research.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Nice to have
- Exposure to international markets, specifically within the EMEA region.
- Advanced prompting skills for extracting meaningful results from AI research tools.
