What you will do

• Define positioning and messaging for financial services products based on market and customer insights.
• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for major product launches and feature releases.
• Partner with Product, Data, Sales, and Marketing teams to influence roadmaps and drive adoption.
• Leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure performance across the funnel.
• Implement AI-driven approaches to enhance research, segmentation, and go-to-market execution.
• Mentor team members and elevate product marketing craft through thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, strategy, or related roles.
• Financial services, fintech, or payments industry experience is required.
• Must be based in the Eastern U.S. area.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and Looker to inform strategy.
• Experience applying AI tools to enhance go-to-market strategy and research.
