What you will do

• Design and ship consumer-facing improvements across onboarding, account management, and rewards.
• Conduct deep customer research using support tickets, app reviews, and data analytics to identify friction points.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to move from prototypes to production-ready features.
• Define a strategic product roadmap for consumer experiences grounded in user insights.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Figma to iterate and prototype solutions rapidly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focusing on consumer-facing products.
• Strong design taste and proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience with mobile-first product development.
• Ability to prototype using AI-assisted tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City or San Francisco.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated consumer environments.
• Background in high-growth or early-stage startups.
• Expertise in A/B testing and analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
